My Digital Operations Journey
I’m a Digital Operations Specialist and Senior Project Manager for digital projects, specializing in website design, development, and end-to-end project execution. I’ve designed and developed over 100 websites and contributed to more than 200 digital projects for service-based businesses and professionals, with a focus on usability, performance, and conversions.
To begin with, my career started in customer service, where I developed strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. These foundations continue to support my work today as a Web Designer, Developer, and Project Manager, especially in collaboration and client communication.
From there, I moved into supply chain and digital operations. In these roles, I built expertise in systems thinking, process improvement, analytics, and efficiency. As a result, I learned to approach work with structured workflows and scalable systems, not just execution.
Over time, I transitioned into Website Design and Development. During this phase, I designed and developed over 100 websites and contributed to more than 200 digital projects. I also developed systems that improved delivery efficiency, speed, and consistency.
Because of this progression, I naturally moved into digital project management. Today, my work sits at the intersection of web design, project management, and digital operations. Every project is both well-designed and well-managed from start to finish. As a result, delays are reduced and outcomes become more predictable.
